Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you may return it as follows:

Returns must be pre-authorized by the customer service group of Biddiscombe reachable at 1-800-258-3313. 

Products returned in their original unopened condition within 30 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund; exchange; or company credit. Defective product, provided at least 75% remains, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or company credit only. Clearance items are not returnable.

Note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error.  You are responsible for shipping charges on return items. Return process:

1. Contact Biddiscombe at 1-800-258-3313 for a return authorization.
2. Enclose a copy of the invoice with the return authorization number noted.

Refunds will be credited to your credit card on credit card purchases. Refunds for COD orders will be by check. Returns will normally be processed within 2 weeks of receipt.
